By accessing and using Sigma Consulting Solutions’ online training platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course. These terms govern your use of the website, course access, and your participation in training programs provided by Sigma Consulting Solutions.

Registration & Account Access
To access our courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details updated.

Course Access
Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted access to the course material. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content. The content is available for the duration of the course and can only be accessed via your user account.

Payment & Refunds
All payments for courses must be made through Paystack. Payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your spot in the course. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started the course. After course commencement, no refunds will be processed.

Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, and documents, are the property of Sigma Consulting Solutions and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without explicit written consent from Sigma Consulting Solutions.

Limitation of Liability
Sigma Consulting Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our platform or training services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or courses will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Pretoria, South Africa.
